I am using a HP1220c to print water transfer decals. However this process is not permanent as the ink is water based. I print on a gellatin coated paper, then spray on a clear sealer.

Can anyone suggest a printer that will use a more permanent ink.
Is there a printer/ink that will let me print a clear overprint?
Is there a printer/ink that will print on decal vinyl?
Can the 1220c be retrofitted to accept a different ink process?

Appreciate any help....

If you want to print Vinyl decals in-house so you need to buy a professional Digital Printer which costs you so much for your own use. This process can only be done by Professional Digital Printing machines and also you want to get guideline from any professional printer to know how to operate the machine.
