lj 3700 59.C0 error

Has anyone run into this problem? HP has information about it on their website but it looks to me like they don't really have an answer either. Any help?

Thanks for you help. I appreciate it but I tried replacing the upside down T and it still didn't work. This model is a real dog. I advised the client to buy a new one because the 3700 is a nightmare. I have tried all of the fixes and nothing has worked. I even saw a 3700 on sale on ebay for 50 bucks to anybody who thinks he can fix it.
