Hi everyone,
My fried has a printer with parallel port, but the new computer he got doesn’t have a LPT port. So I get him a Parallel PCI Card. Now, when I connect the printer it says “Port Busy”.
I checked port configuration form device manager and match with the printer (from printer properties). But it didn’t fix the problem.
So what’s “Port Busy” message mean? And what will I do? I really appreciate your help.
Thanks.
The printer or cable doesn’t have any problem itself because I tried with the old computer (That already has a parallel port) it prints fine without any error message.
