hi,
i have a lexmark x125. i was trying to print an image but the black didn't print, i thought i was out so i bought a new cartridge. it did the same thing! so i looked inside the printer and saw what looks like rust on the contact strip (don't know if thats whats its called). so its not connecting to the ink cartridge.
what can i do? any help would be great...
