Brother DCP 330C

I have installed the printer driver and software. Everything appeared ok until I tried changing the Printer Preferences. When the page comes up it is part English and part German. Anybody any ideas? I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled but same issue.

Sounds like you might have the wrong driver, a german version perhaps? Or else there might be an option for you to choose language?
Just a thought, is the display on the machine showing English when you go into the menu? The machine could have being set with the wrong country code at the factory. I've seen that happened on brother machines.
Best is to check with Brother or their dealers.
