LJ 8150 fuser issue

I recently replaced the fuser on an 8150, due to ghosting images on the printed page, that were visible on the fuser roller itself. I am not getting a ghosted image that isn't visible on the fuser roller and shows up at 120mm from the original position of the print (between the fuser lower roller and fuser upper roller marks on the Repetitive Defect Ruler. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before?

Have you put down the release levers? H/V PS may be going bad
