Lemark X70 Keeps Banging On Power Up!

Hi, I need help with my Lexmark X70 Printer. Whenever I press the power button within a couple of seconds the ink cartridge keeps banging to the left wall and then the printers shut off. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance. :)

The carriage may be bad, or the logic board. Using Lexmark Ink?
Hold down the power button while plugging it in. May re-set.
