4300tn wrinkling paper

Hi All,

I have a 4300tn that is wrinkling the paper. I have already done a Maint kit on this printer about 3 weeks ago due to poor print quality. I cannot seem to find where the wrinkle is coming from.

Any help would be appreciated.

Stick a sheet of paper in the MFT.
Print
As the paper is fed into the printer and you can't see it anymore, open the top cover, pull out the toner and look down at the paper.
Is it wrinkled?
If not, it's something after the xfer roller.
If yes, well now you have an idea where to look.

Did you have problems with wrinkling before installing the maintenance kit? Is the fuser refurbished? Sometimes, but not always you will get wrinkles from aftermarket lower pressure rollers in the fuser. Some types of paper wrinkle more than others, and it can be random.
