Dose anyone know where I can find an install manual for the envelope feeder for a Laserjet 4 + thanks

I've got a LJ 4M Plus User's manual on my site at http://www.justmanuals.com/product_info.php?products_id=3671
But I can't positively say that it includes any information on this feeder.

The feeder unit slips in the MP tray area. Remove the black shield by pinching the top middle, and pull out. Slide in the feeder. Go to driver and select that it has it.
