If You Turn Unit On It Stops During Initialization, Not Always In The Same Place, But It Never Comes To Ready.
It May Count Memory, It May Say Initializing, But That Is As Far As It Gets, Any Ideas?

If it has a JetDirect remove it and try powering it up.
If you're using the USB port unplug it and power it up.

If it still fails to boot remove the memory DIMMs. Firmware and formatter are next.
