I ACTUALLY HAVE A LJ2420dn AND A LJ2430tnB BOTH HAVE SAME PROBLEM . BOTH COME TO READY AND MESSAGE FLASHES "DISK NOT INITIALIZED"
I HAVE PERFORMED DISK INITIALIZATION, COLD RESETS, ETC ANY OTHER IDEAS?:eek:

You can use WebJet Admin to re-set the disk, or use this:
Hold menu button at memory count,then the return button. This should initialize the disk.

If you have already Inited the drives, it just may be possible that you have bad drives. Or cables.

I found a bad data cable in a 4345 after putting in two drives that wouldn't Init.
