I have an HP LaserJet 2200dn that has provided wonderful service for a number of years. However, it is not responding (via network communication) this AM. I've rebooted, reset, etc., but no avail.
I've also reset the NVRAM hoping to re-configure TCP/IP, but I'm running into problems there. Whenever I print the test pages, I only get one page. Apparently the TCP/IP information is on the second test/configuration page, but that never prints.....
I'm trying to configure this from a Windows 2000 system using the HP 2200 LaserJet Device configuration utility, but that can't talk to it either.
I noticed the e-net link light on my hub (to which the printer connects) is not lit for that printer. I'm guessing there is something wrong with either the TCP/IP configuration or the NIC card in general.
The fact that the second test/configuration page doesn't print bothers me......
Ideas?
