Hp 4500

I have one I can't figure out, I have a hp4500n that when it prints the paper comes out the back, where a duplexer would be. I have looked for jams and everything I can think of, any help would be appreciated.

Close the rear output bin door!

Actually the printer sits on the duplexer.

If you are missing the aforementioned door all the pages will come out the back.

check the printer settings or do it the quick way turn the printer off and remove any jet direct cards so you dont reset the card aswell and hold down the green button and power it up it well factory reset itself turn it off and reinsert the jet direct card the jet direct card is your network card in the back

it could all so be the fuser it has a flip lever check to see if its broken or missing replace if missing
