One of my techs installed a maintenance kit in one of these. He installed the feed rollers in tray 2. Now he says the rollers never stop turning and spit out blanks..... The bypass works fine..... I know nothing about these things.... Have to go look at it, what could he have done?

When you insert the rollers, they have to mate on the shaft, from your description, it sounds like their not.

Check the solenoid on the RH side at the gear train because the tech may have inadvertently knocked the activating plate ajar.
