Hi, newbie here with urgent help required, it must be simple to someone, but unfortunately not me.
Just purchased a new DX6000 to attach to HP Pavillion 463. Installation gets as far as connecting to usb port then comes back 2 mins later with no connection. usb ports run other things like internet etc. Also I cancelled the Windows connection wizard as directed when it came up. Europe help site does not even list the printer, so cant get any further here. Help please or it will have to be returned to shop.
