HP Laserjet 4M paper jam error 13

My laserjet 4m that was given to me had a paper jam in the back of the printer the trailing edge of the paper had an accordion fold on it so i used a exit jam repair kit that replaced the upper and lower rollers and the pulley belt after that now i get a paper jam error 13 the paper jams one inch above the bottom rollers and now half the paper has accordion folds on it.i checked the flag or pivot arm on the fuser it seems to be okay but iam just a novice at this.

Some possibilities: aftermarket rollers, exit assembly not put back together correctly, check for broken teeth on the coupling gear in the printer that drives the fuser. 13 paper jam is a generic error.
