I know this is a shot in the dark (being my first post), but does anyone know how to fix the registration problem with the Canon Image ProGraf 6200 large format printer? We've had a tech out, put in a new printerhead.. with no luck. Canon says it's hardware issue.. any help is appreciated!!
An example of the problem. Imagine you had a small red dot inside the hole of an 'O'... they line up prefectly on your screen (like a 'bullseye').. but when printed on the Canon, the red moves up while the black 'O' stays in place like it should. The end result, the red dot overlaps the black 'O'.
