Lexmark Z65 Flashing Lights

I have a flashing light issue with my Lexmark Z65. The online help did not help and technical support wanted to charge me 15 pounds before telling me what was wrong.

Light sequence is

Paper Tray 1 5 Flashing Lights
Power Light 2 Flashing Lights

Any help would be greatly appreciated :confused:

Never resolved the issue. So decided upon a new Epson all-in-one with cheaper third-party cartridges.
