Some of the user in the office will send Executive size Documents to the manual feed tray on this printer. Every time this is done the Printer will attemp to print multiple copies. I have tried PCL 5e, 6, and the PS drivers for this printer with the same result. I have also verified the default copies is set to 1. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Did you check the File/Print in the application.
You said "some of the users". Does that mean that it also works for "some of the other users"?

At this point it seems to be all users and with multiple applications.

How about trying a Win 2000 driver, or say a LJ 4000 driver?
