color laserjet 3600n will only print using cyan

I have a 3600n that will only print using cyan, I have changed the toners and it still will not use any other colors I have also reset the printer to factory settings and nothing. I have also tried doing a cold reset and had not effect. Does any one have any ideas?

Run the disable toner test, and swap toners in the slots. ie: bk in y, m in bk, etc. see what you get. could be the high voltage.
Also check the left side toner slot contacts. may be bent inwards. Should be bowed out a bit.
