Hi,
Hope someone can help me on this one... my MP360 has been producing terrible quality printouts of black-and-white documents, with the sort of streaky look I associate with print head trouble (i.e. white lines across the page where nothing prints at all). I've tried cleaning the print head (including with a cleaning cartridge) and if anything, it's getting worse. What seems really weird though (to me at least) is that if I change the black text & graphics on my documents to a TINT of black - even 99% - they print fine. Which is OK if I'm creating a document from scratch, but useless if I'm trying to print a downloaded PDF, say. Does this make sense to anyone? Is the problem with the print head, or something else? I'm on the point of giving up and buying a new printer, which seems ridiculous when the one I have is still physically capable of printing perfectly well in black - as long as it's not 100% black!
Thanks in advance for your help,
Greg
