Hi,
I have a laserjet 8100 that is currently having an alignment issue. The trailing edge of the paper gets cut off, and this happens from every tray(1-3). The reg assy, PIU, feeder assy, and DC controller have all been replaced and this still has not fixed the error. When the feeder assy was replaced, it had actually made the error worse, giving the leading edge about 2.5 inch margin for the first page, and all following pages about 1 inch margin on the leading edge. What else would be able to be done to solve this problem besides getting a new printer?
