My Dell 924 printer is less than a year old. The problem started out intermittent but now it will not work at all. Regardless of whether I'm trying to copy or print from the computer, I get the message "out of paper". It is clearly not out of paper, so I adjust the paper, add paper, take paper out, adjust the tray, everything I can think of. Try again: load paper then press start. Back to square 1 every time. I'm no techie, and Dell support wasn't very supportive. Can anyone help?
