how to print the login username in all the pages he prints

Hi,

we are using print server to manage prints,

i need solution to this criteria

if a user logins to his system and takes printout from any application either word, excel or acrobat reader, notepad , i should get his login name in the bottom of the page.

If you do a test page and the users name is on the test page then you have setup the printer right. If it isnt there there you have not set it up. Are you trying to put in a watermark with the users name or just like the date and time stamp you want the users name to be included?

thats correct but then i want to print their user names in all the pages he/she prints.

if i use watermarks it will stick to paticular user.

if anothr user logs in he will not get his user name printed on the page.
