HP 3030 - all pages printing on "one" page

Good day,
Hopefully someone may know what the problem is.

I can print one page word documents with no problem. However, I am having issues printing when there is more than one page involved. The output of my multipage doc gets printed all on one page. For exapmple, I'll print a 5 page word doc and all pages get printed on "one" page.

I re-installed the drivers, but no luck. To add, it's not only Word. This goes with all my other apps too.

apparently, just re-installing the drivers didn't do the trick. You'd figure the re-install will overwrite the original install. It does not.

upon completly removing the all HP drivers and "then" re-installing, it worked.
