Laserjet 4250 DTN Paper Jams at Duplexer

My Laserjet frequently jams at duplexer. Any suggestions? SG

Not much you can do on the duplexer. Check the white gear on left. Ensure it is engaging the drive gear in the printer. Check the front edge of the duplexer for any paper scraps inside. {It doesnt open} Duplexer may have a timing issue with the fuser if worn. Is there any other paper in the printer when this happens?

Duplexers are hard to troubeshoot with,however it can be a clutch issue thats the problem I had with a duplexer I had problems with, clutch lost its tension and the paper jamed.

Check the gearing system make sure the clutch has tension, if it doesnt then thats your problem, its a timing issue.
