Error 54.2 on HP 4500N

Can anyone tell me what to look for on a 4500N that has a 54.2 error code.
I looked it up and it says that it is related to the carousel. It also has a noise and the carousel won't move.

Your carousel drive motor is shot. PN# RG5-5209.

This will take a lot of dismantling to replace. Too much to tell here. Hope you have a manual.

Can you turn it by hand?

Could someone have put a cartridge in wrong and jammed the carousel. Try removing all the cartridges and spinning the carousel.

get compressed air, open the covers and blow the toner out this will fix it.
