Can't remove toner cartridge

I have a HP4050
The machine was shut of during a print cycle and when I turned it back on I have a paper jam. I cannot remove the toner cartridge. Does anybody have any ideas??

Check and see if the white plastic arm is connected, on the right side, when you open the cartridge door. This disengages the drive hub to the cartridge. If this is dis-connected, the hub will stay engaged and you won't be able to pull out the cartridge. Hope this helps! David
