HP LJ 8150 goes to offline mode

Hi,
i am using HP LJ 8150 network printer and it goes to the offline mode after certain amount of time. After that i need to go to the printer to push the go button. can anybody tell me how can i avoid that that it never goes to offline mode? offline mode is the same as power saver mode?

Being 'OFFLINE' means the printer is not 'READY'.
Does it happen while you are printing?

PowerSave mode turns off the fuser and exhaust fans.
The printer exits PowerSave mode and enters the warm-up cycle
when any of the following occurs:
• A print job, valid data, or a PML or PJL command is received at
the parallel port or an EIO card.

You may have a bad control panel or DC controller
