I've got a B4200 LED printer that turns on the Power (Steady green), Paper (Steady amber), and Alarm (steady amber) lights on. The Printer is connected parallel to a Windows 2000 Pro PC. Status monitor says there is a communication error & therefor will not give me an error code. The unit is no longer under warranty. I can't find any service manuals online anywhere. Anybody have any suggestions?
The fans don't even spin up so sounds like it could be a power supply.
Don't know much about Oki's. Work mostly on Lexmark & HP's.
