Hp 4345 Adf

I own a HP4345 with a ADF. I just replace the feed roller assembly. I'm still getting intermittent feed problems with corresponding "grinding noises". I think the feed roller drive belt is slipping. Anyone have a similar problem? What is the solution?

I fought with a noisy 4345 ADF. Finally I bit the bullet and replaced the ADF.
It did sound like a slipping belt, but I couldn't figure out which one.
