When I try to print, it will come up with a status window, it stops at 99% and freezes. I sometimes get the first page of my document but then the printer freezes up and I have to recycle the power. This happens even when I send a simple test document to the printer. I was getting an error about the ink cartridges, replaced all of them and I'm not getting that error message. The status window that I do see has the ink display as being full.
