I just replaced the rollers and the fuser, and then i tried to print. it jams at the toner part, just before. but it does pickup the paper and starts going into the printer. it sometimes works when the tray is open in the front and i load paper there. but it jams there also. it was jaming a :( nd the fuser was bad when i got it. so i ordered the kit form you. any ideas what is the problem?

Seems to me that maybe your new fusers are not the problem. There is a main gear assembly on the left side of the printer, if this is not working it can make it seem as if the fuser is the problem. The main gear assembly part number is RG5-3543-000. Check out this part, see if any teeth are missing from the gears, etc. You can also replace just the bad gear if you know which one is causing problems, rather than ordering the entire drive gear assembly. Hope this helps.
