The 4250dtn will not print. Display error code 60.02. I have looked up the error codes and they start with 62. What does this error code mean?

The service manual indicates 60.2 being tray 2 lifter moter. I'm not sure about 60.02 since that isn't listed.

Just to confirm what Jeff said,60.02 is the tray 2 lifter motor error.(tray 2 is the top cassette)
