HP 7110 all-in-one color inkjet Carriage Error

Do you have parts or kits available for a "carrige error" problem with this model? I have lubricated the carriage shaft with WD 40. The Carriage (printhead) feels pretty stiff when I try to move the printhead by hand with the power off. Thanks for any help.

Put down the WD 40! Move away from the can! DO NOT use this on your printer! The stiff carriage, is probably from the motor failure. HP does not let you order any carriages, only service stations! Put lubricant on the shaft on bothe sides of the carriage, and power it up. Any errors?
