I purchased a Samsung ML-2010 laser printer today.
The supplied diagram shows the toner as going straight into the slot but my toner cartridge is too wide for the slot.
The shop I bought it from says I need to contact Samsung customer service but their help line is only available during business hours.
Any suggestions?
It would be great if someone with the same printer could provide advice.
