Epson printer printing old document

I have a customer with an epson printer. I don't know the model of it but she says that it ran out of ink when she was trying to print a page. She went and got some ink and replaced the cartridge. From then on no matter what she tries to print it keeps printing the same page it ran out of ink on before printing the new document. It sounds to me that the page is stuck in either her spooler on the computer or her buffer on the printer. Please give me any advice that will help me to fix this problem. Thank you all in advance.

Wow guys I bet you'd never guess it was the nut behind the keyboard would ya? Turned out that she had to have clicked print on that document about a hundred times because it was in her print queue about that many times. Just cancelled all documents and it worked fine. Just wanted to let you all know.
