HP Business Inkjet 1100 squeaking

:confused: HP Business Inkjet 1100 - Printer is making squeaking noises when performing print jobs. Is there a printer maintenance process for this printer?

have you replaced the toner cartridge?

Try cleaning the silver rod that the carriage rides on.Then put a few drops of light oil on it and move the carriage back and forth a few times.(oil;3-in -one,tri-flow,sewing machine oil;NO WD-40!)
Note to Redcow:This is an ink-jet and has no toner cartridge that could squeak.
