unable to install drivers canon ip2400

AHHHHHH i need to print something out URGENTLY. Bought this new printer yesterday as old one died!! When trying to install the printer driver from cd rom after intialising i get the following message Add printer drive error the specified module could not be found. Have tried downloading drivers from canon website but same story occurs any help would be gratefully received as running out of time for my deadline!!:mad: :confused: :eek:

Try uninstalling your old printer driver and any new ones you've loaded for this printer.Then install your new driver and see if it works(Don't delete;this will leave files on your pc that might interefere with the install).

you should keep the old driver,then install new driver.download from canon office website.
