my printer displays the message"carriage jam open door then press enter"when I open the door the cartridges are parked on the left.When I press enter the cartridges move a little to the right then there is a loud vibrating sound and the message re appears. Any suggestion what I could try

This is the fault of the service station. A bit of work to replace.
Dont think it's even available anymore.
