I have installed the software for the K550 Pro but the tool box will not open. Whenever I boot the computer I get an error message and then the toolbox closes because it "has encountered a problem." I have uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists. I have installed the software on another computer without any problem. Here is the error message:
The instruction at "0x00e214b0" reference memory at "0x0000000." The memory cannot be written.
I cannot open the toolbox from the start menue either. It opens, but I always get the "sorry, windows has to close the program."
Any have a solution?
