Laserjet 4200

Have a Laserjet 4200 that is running hot. Paper is very hot ot touch when it comes out. Have checked fuser temperature settings, cooling fan is operational, have replaced fuser assembly still no change.

The only other thing I can think of is the DC Controller, but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this problem first.

The 4200's always run hot and paper will be hot to the touch when coming out esp with large print jobs. We have melted/deformed some of the parts in the exit assemble in long testing runs. We just blow a fan over it if we are really running it hard.
