4100 'Fuzzy' printing after maintainence kit

We ordered and installed one of your 4100 maintenance kits. Everything was working well for a few weeks until recently the printing became 'fuzzy'. I reset all of the defaults and restarted it several times. We also replaced the toner cartridge to no avail. What do you think could be happening?

I've seen a few LJ 4100 cause fuzzy print-outs, it's usually the gears in the fuser, it is common in refurbished fuser units.

Problem found, most likely static build up on the fuser sleeve.
