Color Printing Problems

Hi, I have an OKI C5150n printer and have had problems with color printing since i've bought it. Unfortunately I have been extremely busy since and haven't ever had a chance to do anything about it, managing with just the black and white printing that works.

I've finally decided to try and fix it and I hope someone might be able to help! What happens is whenever I print something in color, it is stained with the color red, the added red color isn't evenly on the printed document either. Is there a problem with my color cartridges in the printer? or is the printer just broken?
