OfficeJet 7310 Error

Since hp partner portal changed up the web site, I am having the worst problems trying to get a manual. I'm working on a OJ 7310 with an error message as follows:

Anybody have any idea what this means?

I found out the motor in the adf feeder is getting really hot. This is after leaving it on for a little while with the error message on. I don't know if the motor could be locked up or if it could be a board causing this.
