HI
OUr Brother HL4200CN colour laser recently used up its Fuser cartridge. The orange roller part started to come away from the roller itself. It still printed, but just really badly.
We bought a new one - as the manual stated - an FP12CL
Now we fitted it as instructed.
When its turned on, it says testing....... then Ready to Print.......for about 30 secs..... then Alarm comes on and beeps a lot. "Error 010-350 - TURN OFF POWER"

Taken it out a number of times and replaced again..... no diferrent.

Any ideas?

Many Thanks

If the fuser is properly installed and the pins in the connector are in good shape, the problem then turns to the MCU PCB. Cost of the board is around $600 from Brother so be sure the fuser is properly seated and the connector is clean and making good contact.

Good Luck
