Help with HP Photosmart 8250

I have a fairly new HP Photosmart 8250. All of a sudden it has stopped printing and is stuck in a cycle. The screen on the printer is blue with the message, "C2FE0530" and a little picture of the ON/OFF symbol. I push the actual ON/OFF button and it won't turn off. It automatically restarts and after a few seconds, goes back to this blue screen... What do I do?? I looked on the "error codes" section on HP's site but it won't help. I'd appreciate any advice....

This happened to my friend and he was force to take it back to the store. He had insurance on it and they had to fix it. I am not sure why or how it started or when, but you need to ask the salesperson.

Try staples to see if they could work on it for you. They are cheaper than other repair stores.
