I have never seen a .pdf file of a users manual for this printer, only some of the newer HP printers.

The installation is quite simple in windows theres no complex procedures.
The windows has a driver to install, and thats it.
you can configure the driver to paper size, default trays, etc, and by trial and error should be able to manage to configure the printer via its buttons.
Holding down the online button and switching on gives a cold reset which automatically sets the default settigns
much information is at the hp website
there is a SERVICE manual in pdf format, but not a user manual. the service manual does have some useful information on the printer
