HP 4050 13.1 50 and 13.2 50 errors

On our older 4050 printers we are seeing a lot of 13.2 50 and 13.1 50 errors.
Some of these seem to correspond to a 41.05.00 PCL error.

I've done maintenance kit on one of them and about 7500 pages later the errors show up again. I'm starting to think it might be a sensor somewhere?

Any suggestions?

You will need to replace the feed roller assy. Remove the MP tray assy, and it's right in front. PN# RG5-2651
