Hi Folks, 1st time post.
I recently got an HP2500c printer, and upon purchasing some ink cartridges, the printer seemed to work pretty well.
However, the next day I tried to print, and it gave me a Y cartridge empty error message. Now it tells me the M cartridge is empty. I noticed that several of the lines going from the ink cartridges to the print heads are clear, meaning that there is no ink in them.
I'm thinking that the ink transport 'cable' is plugged, but not sure how to unplug or clean it.
The small plungers that push on the bottom of the ink cartridges appear to be doing their job - i've seen some posts on a repair kit for this problem.
Ideas anyone?
Thanks,
Tim
